Since we won’t be having a Fall Festival this year, we decided to have some fun activities throughout the fall. Please see the attached flier for all of the details. In the meantime, start bedecking your home for our decorating contest… There is already some stiff competition out there!

The repair of our exterior walls along with landscaping updates has been completed. A huge shout out to the City of Chandler Neighborhood Grant Program for covering 50% of the costs. Such a great program and a great group of people to work with.
Not only did we enhance the aesthetic of the community, but by converting the landmark flower beds to xeriscape, we save close to $2,000 a year in flower and maintenance costs.
With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting our annual Campo Verde Egg Scramble, we'd like to initiate a way for our neighborhood to still participate in a fun community event.
Here's how to participate in the CV Egg Scramble:
Send an email to leahlang@cox.net or text to 480.577.7925 that you would like to participate & the street you live on by Friday, April 10. You will be assigned a number.
Make a large paper egg and decorate it any way you'd like. Eggs should be at least 12-24 inches tall so they are visible from the road/sidewalk. Bright colors help! Write your assigned number in a large, visible way on the egg.
Hang your egg on your front door, in a window, or somewhere clearly visible from the sidewalk.
Make sure your egg is hung by Saturday, April 11 and keep it up until Monday, April 13
Beginning on April 11, all eggs will be hung around the neighborhood and kids will be invited to walk or drive around and find all the eggs with a “scavenger hunt” sheet that will be sent out via email.
At 11am on Saturday, April 11 the CV Easter Bunny will make an appearance. He knows he needs to keep his distance and will be waving from a car and spreading cheer throughout the neighborhood.

The Campo Verde Homeowners applied for and received a $10,000 matching grant from the City of Chandler Neighborhood Improvement Program.
After repairing and repainting all interior walls in our community, your HOA Board of Directors sought help from this unique C of C program to expedite the same process for our exterior walls. In addition to wall repairs, the monies will be used for the replenishment of rock, replacement of trees and entry way enhancement and improvement.

In recent months there has been a noticeable uptick in pet waste. This is not only an unsightly issue, but an issue of health. Please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your dog. Violaters are subject to a substantial fine.
Thank you to Leah Lang and Shelly Dalmolin for another amazing Fall Festival! The event was really well attended and everyone had an amazing time!

*We need families to donate 2 dozens plastic eggs filled with goodies (Preferably non-melting items) for the Egg Scramble.
If you are inviting friends and family, please make sure to donate additional eggs.
